【業務内容】

アンダーズ東京と弊社が隣接に管理する同じくHyattホテルのホテル虎ノ門ヒルズのレストラン予約業務全般(Eメールまたは電話が主となります)

夜勤もなく残業も少ない業務となりますので、ホテル経験者で今後は安定的な時間帯で勤務し、プライベートとの両立を図りたい方や、未経験者でホテルの仕事に挑戦されたい方も歓迎します。

【Job Description】
All restaurant reservation operations at the Hyatt Hotels "Hotel Toranomon Hills" and "Andaz Tokyo" managed by our company (primarily via email or telephone)

Qualifications

  • 基本的なPC操作(エクセル・ワード)が出来る方
  • 日常会話レベル以上の英語力および日本語力
  • ホテル経験者優遇
  • 予約受付の実務経験をお持ちの方 優遇
  • Basic PC skills (Words & Excel).
  • Working knowledge of English and Japanese.
  • Previous experiences in guest services in hotels are welcome.
  • Previous experiences as reservation staff are welcome.
