The ideal candidate shall manage all pastry & bakery staff, and make administrative decisions for the pastry & bakery kitchen.
They will also review food and beverage purchases; develop and standardize recipes; design food presentation aesthetics; plan menus; and assign prices to items.
Other responsibilities include monitoring sanitation practices, ensuring that kitchen safety standards are followed, as well as recruiting, deploying and developing pastry & bakery kitchen staff.

They will be responsible for ensuring the financial success of our restaurants and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, in line with our operating concept and Hyatt standards.
They shall demonstrate the Hyatt purpose in everyday operations, and provide all guests and colleagues with warm, friendly, efficient and flexible service, that supports the brand promise and guiding principles.
