Our client, a luxury hotel in the hospitality industry, is seeking an Executive Chef specializing in Japanese Cuisine to lead all kitchen operations.
This role offers the opportunity to oversee culinary standards across various outlets, ensuring high-quality food and guest satisfaction while driving operational and financial success.

- 食材コスト、購買、キッチン予算の管理
- 食品安全および衛生基準の遵守と管理
- キッチンスタッフのトレーニングと育成
- 高級ホテルのゲストに向けた本格的な日本料理の創作
- 宴会や特別イベントの料理サポート
- Lead daily kitchen operations and culinary teams
- Oversee menu development and product consistency
- Control food costs, purchasing, and kitchen budgets
- Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- Train and develop kitchen staff
- Create authentic Japanese cuisine for luxury hotel guests
- Support culinary functions for banquets and special events
応募資格:
- 6年以上の料理またはF&Bのリーダーシップ経験
- 調理芸術またはホスピタリティの準学士号以上
- メニュー開発およびコスト管理の経験
- 食品安全および衛生基準の知識
- 強いリーダーシップとチーム育成能力
- 高級ホテルまたは高級レストランでの経験
- 6+ years culinary or F&B leadership experience
- Expertise in Japanese cuisine
- Associate degree or higher in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
- Experience with menu development and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience in luxury hotel or highend restaurant settings
