As a
Concierge Manager
, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing and developing the Concierge team
- Recommending and arranging restaurant reservations for in-house guests
- Arranging tickets (Shinkansen, theme parks, etc.)
- Supporting celebrations and special requests (balloons, flower arrangements, cakes, etc.)
Qualifications
- Les Clefs d'Or (レ・クレドール)メンバーであること
- チームワーク、協調性・コミュニケーション能力の高い人
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- PCスキル(エクセル/ワード)
- 英語の接客に抵抗がない方
- 前向きで明るい方
- Member of Les Clefs d'Or
- Strong teamwork, cooperation, and communication skills
- Business-level English proficiency
- PC skills (Excel / Word)
- Comfortable providing customer service in English
- Positive, proactive, and cheerful personality
