Job Description

As vehicles become connected to networks, the risk of cyber attacks is increasing.

As a result, automotive-related companies are being required to strengthen security in vehicles and factories in addition to traditional IT security.

In this


position, you will be involved in supporting automotive-related companies in strengthening security in three areas: IT, vehicles/products, and factories, by utilizing your knowledge and experience in product development and manufacturing in automotive-related companies or the manufacturing industry.

・Support for building a vehicle cybersecurity management system (CSMS)

[Consultant / Senior Consultant]

・Reliably carry out tasks based on the scope and deliverables set by the project

・Communicate with superiors at the appropriate time and provide output based on your own ingenuity

・Improve your own expertise and make various proposals tailored to the client's issues

・Instruct and advise lower-level members

[Manager and above]

・Manage the entire process from project formation, execution, to closing

・Assess the impact on work schedules, scope, structure, client expectations, etc., and ensure the quality of deliverables

・Give work instructions to consultants and senior consultants・Quality review

・Proposal activities for new project orders (proposal conception/creation, estimates, presentations)

・Instruct and train lower-level members

Required qualifications

・Knowledge and experience in product development and manufacturing in an automotive-related company

・Logical thinking, communication skills, presentation skills

・Leadership (track record of leading team members to achieve goals, etc.)

[For candidates for Manager and above]

・2 years or more・Experience managing projects with 10 or more people

・Experience proactively making proposals to win new projects

・Client relationship management experience

・Proven track record of providing security-related services (ISO27001 assessment/audit, security policy formulation, security audit, ISMS audit, etc.)

・Knowledge of security best practices and frameworks (ISO27001 / 27002 / 27017 / 27018, personal information protection, PCI DSS, NIST, etc.) and practical experience using these

・Possession of security-related qualifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, Information Security Specialist (Information Security Specialist), Network Specialist, IT Strategist, System Audit Engineer, PMP (Project Management Professional) (Cybersecurity Professional), ISO/IEC27001 Auditor, Certified Information Security Lead Auditor, Certified Information Security Auditor)
