Job Description
Lead and expand the automotive business for FPT Automotive
We are looking for members with experience and knowledge specialized in each ECU.
Client support
Support new and existing customers to expand their business
Develop new customers by utilizing your own network.
Pre-sales activities
Recruitment and training activities
Recruitment of personnel capable of consulting, PM, and customer negotiation (mainly OEM and Tier 1)
Member training activities for internal use
Others
Stabilization of the newly established division with its start-up
Marketing of Automotive Consulting related services
Required Skills
Experience with automotive ECUs: 10 years or more
Experience working for a Tier 1 supplier
Welcomed skills
Experience working with foreign companies and people
Experience in offshore management
Mindset
Results oriented, ability to focus on problem solving and drive forward
Strong logical thinking skills
Open minded, highly adaptable, and enjoys taking on new challenges
