[Nature of Job] Network-related technical support to end clients/ users
[Company Size] Mid size (~250 employees), more than 25 years in business in Japan
[Employent Type] Permanent/ Full Time
[Salary Range] million JPY yearly (annual salary package, bonus/ incentive inclusive)
[Work Location] Onsite /end-client office work in central Tokyo. Subject to change depending on the situation. Walk-in distance from the nearest station.
[Work Hours] 8 hours per day (9AM - 6PM with 1 hour break, it may shift slightly)
[Team Structure] Global tech service client, local and global business team
[Eligibility] Relevant work experience, bilingual (business level of English, and native level of Japanese). Eligible to work in Japan full time as an engineer at the time of application

General Job Description and Experience Needed:
カスタマーエンジニアとして各種サービスの提供
法人顧客のシステム可用性の向上や重大問題の解決、顧客のシステム環境の健全性の改善
企業顧客の現場や職場でのサービス提供経験
対面による顧客エンゲージメント(関係構築)スキル
文書、口頭での高いプレゼンスキル
トラブルシューティングの知識およびスキル
学位もしくは同等の経験を有する
ITIL/サービスマネージメントの十分な理解
Active Directory アイデンティティとアクセス アイデンティティ/アクセス担当カスタマーエンジニアとして、Windows Active Directory Enterprise Solutionsの実装、運用、チューニング、トラブルシューティングの経験必須
Microsoft Identity Manager、Active Directoryフェデレーションサービス、Azure AD ConnectまたはAzure Active Directoryなどのアイデンティティ製品の作業経験
主に顧客のL3/L4のWindowsインフラサポートチームとの作業が多く、アイデンティティ/アクセス担当カスタマーエンジニアはエンジニアリングチームとの作業もあるため、このレベルで自信をもって業務を遂行できることが必要となります
