熱い情熱を持ち、保守運用の重要性を理解しつつ、システム開発をリーディングしていただける経験豊富なエンジニアを募集しております。

■ポジションについて
- 技術的な判断や、技術イニシアティブの促進及びシステムオペレーションの監視もご担当いただきます。
- 既存のシステムを把握し、チームメンバーとともに既存システムを維持および新規のシステム開発やシステム改善をリードしていただきます。
- チームメンバーに対するアーキテクチャレベルやコードレベルのフィードバックも期待値の一つとなります。
- プロダクトマネージャーと連携し開発のクオリティーや期日、スコープなどの調整を行いプロジェクトを成功に導く役割もあり、将来的には多国籍メンバーが所属するチームをリードしていただきます。
■所属部署
- 約35名のエンジニア体制となっています。(正社員:約15名、業務委託外:約20名)
- メンバーは、20代後半から30代前半のメンバーで、さまざまな国と異なる文化的背景を持っています。
- また、職位や担当業務に関する障壁はなく、全体の部署はオープンでフラットな雰囲気を持っており、情報共有会議や問題解決など他のグループとの交流会にも積極的に参加しています。 簡単に言えば、お互いに働き、学び、楽しむことができ、一緒に成長できる非常に活気のある異文化環境です。

Requirements
- 5年以上のソフトウェア開発経験(設計からリリースまでの運用を含む)
- 明確なプロセス構築しながら開発や運用チームをリードした経験
- 継続して(3年程)システムの改善やバージョンアップに従事した経験
- RDBMSに関する知識
- Redis、Kafka、k8sに関する知識
- RESTful APIの実装と維持に関する知識
- 高可用性の実装と維持に関する知識
ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
