In our commercial department, you will drive sales growth by strengthening relationships with key customers, coming up with strategy to expand distribution channels, and identifying untapped market opportunities. You'll use product insights and market expertise to ensure our offerings reach consumers everywhere. If you love developing strategic solutions and connecting with people, this function is for you.

JPY 6,000,000 per year + Annual Bonus

Role Positioning and Objectives:
Each year, we select some of the brightest and best graduates to join our Global Graduate Programme. It's an 18-month, fast-track development program to management level for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals The aim of the program is to raise our future leaders in British American Tobacco Team
During the program, you will have:
- A real job assigned in executive level
- World-class leadership training opportunities
- International exposure in developing your people and management skills
- Networking & mentorship with senior leaders and other graduates from all over the world
At the end of the 18 months, you will be assigned to your first entry-level management role as the Junior Manager. It's tough. It's fast-paced. And it'll stretch you to the limit. For the ambitious, an inspiring journey awaits you here at British American Tobacco
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree with any major
- Fresh graduates or junior professionals (less than 3 years of working experiences) are welcome to apply
- Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities
- Confident, highly motivated and result-driven
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Globally mobile
- Driven and ambitious
- Have strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Japanese (both written & spoken) – equivalent to JLPT N1/ TOEIC 900/TOEFL 100
- Japanese driver's license

コマーシャルは、ビジネス目標の達成における最前線に位置し、戦略や戦術を体現します。イベントを通じた消費者への直接的なブランド体験の提供、あるいはオンラインを通じた消費者へのダイレクトなアプローチ。また主要顧客との長期的な信頼関係構築に基づいた当社製品の取り扱い拡大やキャンペーンの実施などにおいては、製品の特徴や販売方法に関する知識・営業スキルを活かして顧客のビジネスに付加価値のある提案を行います。

Global Graduate Programme(GGP
)は世界中のBATグループが行っている18か月間のリーダーシップ育成プログラムです。
- 18ヶ月でマネージメントレベルに昇格可能なプログラムで、必要な知識や実務経験を早期に習得できます。入社初日から、ビジネスに影響を与える業務に責任を持って携わることができます。
- 様々な国から来た多様なバックグラウンドをもつ同僚たちと一緒に働く機会や世界を舞台に仕事をする機会やがあり、ワールドクラスの学びと経験を提供します。
