今回は虎ノ門ヒルズ51階に位置する当ホテルのメインダイニング「ザ タヴァン グリル&ラウンジ」におけるレセプションスタッフを募集いたします。

虎ノ門ヒルズ51Fに位置し、アフタヌーンティーやバー利用が可能なラウンジエリアと朝食~ディナーまでカバーするダイニングエリアから成り、日常のあらゆるシーンでお使いいただける150席を超える当ホテルのメインダイニング。

Opened in 2014, Andaz Tokyo is Japan's first luxury lifestyle hotel, located on the upper floors of the landmark Toranomon Hills complex—a business and leisure hub conveniently close to Ginza and Roppongi. We welcome guests with consistently creative and warm service, encouraging them to enjoy their stay in their own unique style, unconstrained by conventional hotel norms.

We are currently recruiting reception staff for our main dining venue, The Tavern Grill & Lounge, located on the 51st floor of Toranomon Hills.

Against the backdrop of nightly live music and Tokyo's breathtaking views, captivate guests by embodying the Andaz = Personal Style concept while showcasing your unique personality and bartending expertise

◆ Tavern Grill & Lounge ◆

Located on the 51st floor of Toranomon Hills, this main dining venue features a lounge area for afternoon tea and bar use, and a dining area serving breakfast through dinner. With over 150 seats, it accommodates every occasion.

Primary Reception Duties

・Guest escorting

・Reservation management

・Phone handling

Qualifications
・ホテルやレストランでの料飲サービス経験

・接客に必要なレベルの英会話力

・お客様が自分らしいスタイルで過ごし楽しんでいただけるよう形式にとらわれないサービスを提供するというアンダーズのコンセプトに共感し、行動に反映できる方

・チームビルディングに熱意を持って取り組める方

・Experience in food and beverage service at hotels or restaurants

・English conversation skills at a level necessary for customer service

・Someone who resonates with Andaz's concept of providing service that transcends formality, allowing guests to enjoy themselves in their own style, and can reflect this in their actions

・Someone who can enthusiastically engage in team building
