虎ノ門ヒルズ51Fに位置し、アフタヌーンティーやバー利用が可能なラウンジエリアと朝食~ディナーまでカバーするダイニングエリアから成り、日常のあらゆるシーンでお使いいただける150席を超える当ホテルのメインダイニング。

今回の募集ポジションであるアシスタントマネージャーには、マネージャーを補佐し、オペレーションの実行のみならず、スタッフの育成や勤怠管理、計数管理等、幅広く業務に携わっていただくことができます。管理職の入り口として、今後料飲部門で活躍し続けるためのベースを形成していただくのに最適なポジションです。

マネージャーのサポート役として、アンダーズ タヴァンのコンセプトに沿ったオペレーションの実現に貢献する
サービススタンダードが一貫性を持って反映され、必要に応じてスタッフにトレーニングが提供されるよう監督する

◆ The Tavern Grill & Lounge ◆


Located on the 51st floor of Toranomon Hills, this main dining venue features a lounge area offering afternoon tea and bar service, alongside a dining area serving breakfast through dinner.

With over 150 seats, it accommodates every occasion.

The Assistant Manager position being recruited for involves supporting the Manager. Responsibilities extend beyond operational execution to include staff development, attendance management, and financial oversight.

This role serves as an ideal entry point into management, providing a foundation for future success within the F&B department.

Contribute to realizing operations aligned with the Andaz Tavern concept as a support role for the Manager
Oversee consistent implementation of service standards and provide training to staff as needed
Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue
Continuously strive for improvement to elevate guest satisfaction

Qualifications

料飲部門実務経験5年以上
管理職経験者優遇
日常会話レベル以上の英語力要
お客様が自分らしいスタイルで過ごし楽しんでいただけるよう形式にとらわれない

サービスを提供するという、アンダーズのコンセプトに共感し、行動に反映できる方

チームビルディングに熱意を持って取り組める方
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the food and beverage sector
Preference given to candidates with management experience
English proficiency at or above conversational level required
Must resonate with Andaz's concept of providing service that transcends formality, enabling guests to relax and enjoy themselves in their own style, and reflect this philosophy in actions
Must demonstrate enthusiasm for team building
