Responsibilities
・メインダイニング『ザ タヴァン グリル&ラウンジ』における調理業務 全般

(食材の発注・管理、衛生管理 他)

※当レストランの他、ルームサービスや52Fの『ルーフトップバー』で提供されるフードの調理業務も伴います。

Responsible for cooking and preparation in our main dining room " The Tavern - Grill & Lounge "

(Ordering ingredients / Inventory control / Hygiene control )

  • Also including cooking and preparation for room services and "Rooftop Bar" located on the 52nd floor.

虎ノ門ヒルズ51Fに位置し、アフタヌーンティーやバー利用が可能なラウンジエリアと朝食~ディナーまでカバーするダイニングエリアから成り、日常のあらゆるシーンでお使いいただける150席を超える当ホテルのメインダイニング。

ダイニングエリアでは珍しい天然の冷蔵庫「雪室(ゆきむろ)」で特別熟成された「スノーエイジングビーフ」のグリルをはじめ、日本の食材と熟成方法にこだわりながら、クラシカルな定番メニューを驚きに満ちた斬新なアレンジでご提供しております。

Qualifications
KEY QUALIFICATIONS/ 応募資格

・西洋調理経験者

Any experience in Western cuisine.

・現在日本国内に在住の方

Applicants should currently reside in Japan (hired on a local package).

・日常会話レベルの日本語力

Japanese: Conversational Level

・英語力不問

English: Not required
