今回は虎ノ門ヒルズ51階に位置する当ホテルのメインダイニング「ザ タヴァン グリル&ラウンジ」のレストランサービス部門における一般職~チームリーダー(主任職)クラスを募集いたします。

政界関係者や会社経営者等、グローバルに活躍されているVIPのご利用も多い為、料飲サービスのプロフェッショナルとしてワンランク上の経験を重ねながら、チームリーダーは将来の管理職候補として、アシスタントマネージャーを目指していただけるポジションとなります。

◆ タヴァン グリル&ラウンジ ◆

虎ノ門ヒルズ51Fに位置し、アフタヌーンティーやバー利用が可能なラウンジエリアと朝食~ディナーまでカバーするダイニングエリアから成り、日常のあらゆるシーンでお使いいただける150席を超える当ホテルのメインダイニング。

【主な業務内容】

アンダーズ 東京のメインダイニング「ザ タヴァン グリル&ラウンジ」における、レストランサービス業務全般

(例:
オーダーテイク、フード類の配膳、コーヒー・紅茶類の準備、朝食ビュッフェの準備、等)


Opened in 2014, Andaz Tokyo is Japan's first luxury lifestyle hotel, located on the upper floors of the landmark Toranomon Hills complex—a business and leisure hub conveniently close to Ginza and Roppongi.

We welcome guests with consistently creative and warm service, encouraging them to enjoy their stay in their own unique style, unconstrained by conventional hotel norms.


We are currently recruiting for positions ranging from general staff to team leader (supervisor level) within the restaurant service department of our main dining venue, The Tavern Grill & Lounge, located on the 51st floor of Toranomon Hills.


Frequently visited by globally active VIPs, including political figures and company executives, this role offers the opportunity to gain premium experience as a food and beverage service professional.

Team leaders will be considered future management candidates, aiming for the position of Assistant Manager.

Located on the 51st floor of Toranomon Hills, this main dining venue features a lounge area offering afternoon tea and bar service, alongside a dining area serving breakfast through dinner.

With over 150 seats, it accommodates every occasion.

【Primary Responsibilities】

All restaurant service duties at The Tavern Grill & Lounge, the main dining venue of Andaz Tokyo

(e.g., taking orders, serving food, preparing coffee/tea, setting up breakfast buffet, etc.)

Qualifications

レストランやバー(ホテル以外も含む)における、1年以上のレストランサービスの実務経験
At least one year of practical experience in restaurant service at restaurants and bars (including those outside hotels)
