Opened in 2014, Andaz Tokyo is Japan's first luxury lifestyle hotel, located on the upper floors of the iconic Toranomon Hills—just moments from Ginza and Roppongi. Embracing a style unconstrained by traditional hotel norms, we welcome each guest with warm, creative, and personalized service.

We are currently recruiting Part-Time Culinary Staff (Breakfast Specialist) for The Tavern – Grill & Lounge, our signature dining venue situated on the 51st floor. The successful candidate will primarily join our breakfast shift and support a variety of culinary operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Food preparation and cooking for The Tavern – Grill & Lounge

Responsibilities include breakfast service, in-room dining preparation, and food production for the Rooftop Bar located on the 52nd floor.

今回は虎ノ門ヒルズ51階に位置する当ホテルのメインダイニング「ザ タヴァン グリル&ラウンジ」の調理部門における<パートタイムスタッフ(朝食専属)>を募集いたします。

主に朝食のシフトに入っていただき、調理業務をお任せいたします。

<主な業務内容>

  • メインダイニング『ザ タヴァン グリル&ラウンジ』における調理および仕込み業務

※主に朝食やルームサービスに加え、52Fの『ルーフトップバー』で提供されるフードの調理業務も伴います。

Qualifications
Experience in Western cuisine

No English proficiency required

  • 洋食調理経験者
