Responsibilities:
Perform all bartending duties at The Tavern Grill & Lounge, the main dining venue of Andaz Tokyo
Prepare ingredients and beverages
Create seasonal cocktail menus
Maintain the quality of all menu offerings
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

【業務内容】
アンダーズ 東京のメインダイニング「ザ タヴァン グリル&ラウンジ」における、バーテンダー業務全般
(材料等の準備、季節ごとのカクテルメニュー考案、メニュー品質の維持、衛生管理など)
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender
Flexible and friendly service mindset, with the ability to adapt to each guest's style
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Innovative and eager to create new experiences
Conversational English Skills Preferred
