• ゲストのニーズを予測し、問い合わせや要望に迅速かつ適切に対応する Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and appropriately to concerns or requests.
• 必要に応じて部内のサポート業務を行う Assist in other departmental areas as needed.

◆ Product Functions / プロダクトファンクション

• メニュー(料理・飲料)について、原産地・味・調理方法を含め魅力的に説明する Provide engaging explanations of food & beverage menu items, including origin, taste, and preparation.
• POSシステムで注文を正確に入力し、キッチン・バーへ正確に伝達する Enter orders accurately into the POS system and communicate them to kitchen/bar teams.
• 提供品が注文と一致しているか確認し、適切なタイミングでサービスする Verify completed orders and serve guests in a timely manner.
• テーブル・ドリンクステーションの片付け、清掃、セットアップ Break down, clean, and set up tables and drink stations.
• アウトレットマネージャーの指示する業務を遂行 Perform duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.

◆ Profit Functions / プロフィットファンクション

• ゲスト会計(現金・カード)を正確に処理する Accurately process guest checks and handle cash/credit card payments.
• Voidやコンプリメンタリー品を適切に処理 Properly settle voided checks and complimentary items.
• 食材・飲料の腐敗や廃棄に注意しコスト管理に貢献 Be mindful of spoilage and contribute to cost control.
