About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo / within the Spa Department in Tokyo, the Spa Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness of all Spa treatment rooms, Fitness Centre and the male Spa facilities such as the locker rooms and heat & water area.

As Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
・スパ内ヒート&ウォーターエリア利用開始前の準備

・2時間ごとに水質検査とサウナの温度チェックを実施

・スパ用ロッカールーム、ヒート&ウォーターエリア、トイレ、リラクゼーションラウンジ、プレパレーションルームの清掃

・お客様のためのスパアメニティの手配 ・お客様へのスパ案内、付属施設紹介

・ウォーターディスペンサーやジュース

・スナック類の準備

・ランドリー類の引き取り - アメニティの発注や商品の引き取り 上記に加えてフィットネスセンターの業務カバー

・フィットネスセンターのオープン ・フィットネスセンター、トイレ、すべてのフィットネス機器の清掃

・お客様用フィットネスアメニティの補充

・フィットネスセンターでフィットネス機器の紹介や使用方法などをお客様をご案内

・ウォーターディスペンサーやジュース・スナック類の準備

・フィットネスセンターに関わるランドリー類の受け取りとタオルの準備

・フィットネスセンターのアメニティを発注

職務内容
ホテル37階に位置する「ザ・スパ・アット・マンダリン オリエンタル 東京」にて、極上のリラクゼーションを堪能できる、癒しと安らぎの空間をご提供しております。忙しい日常から抜け出して、スパに一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間、アロマの香りに包まれてスパジャーニーは始まります。

高い技術を誇るセラピストたちが、お客さまのご要望やお肌のコンディション、ご体調を伺い、お客さまのためだけのスパトリートメントをおすすめしております。

Spa Attendantとして、男性のお客様用のロッカールームやヒートアンドウォーターエリア(温浴施設)の清掃をご担当いただきます。

土日を含む週4-5日、6:15-15:15および13:30-22:30などのシフトにフレキシブルにご対応頂ける方が応募対象です。
