What You Will Do
Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for the dining and in-room private bar services.
Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. /アウトレットの設備、装置の状態を確認し、必要に応じ、修正、改善の提言をする。
Assist Department Head to complete/meet PWT goal. /PWT目標を完/達成するよう、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
Implement new benchmark standard training and assist Department Head to meet yearly goal. /新たなベンチマークスタンダード研修を実施し、年次目標の達成に向け、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
Ensure all menus in the Restaurant are clean and updated. /レストランのメニュー全てが清潔で最新のものであるよう徹底する。
Assist team and DH to assist department goal. /部署の目標達成に向け、チーム、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
Assist with set-up and cleaning of operational areas. /オペレーションエリアのセットアップおよび清掃のサポートをする。
Perform any additional duties as assigned by Outlet Manager. /その他、アウトレットマネージャーが指示する業務を行う。
What You Bring
Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks. /重要な職務、タスクの全てを達成するため、柔軟なスケジュールが必要とされる。
Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures as they relates to Cashiering.
Working knowledge is generally learned on the job./レジ係に関係するため、一般会計原則およびフォーシーズンズインターナルコントロール、ポリシー&プロシージャーの基礎となる専門知識が必要とされる。実務知識は、一般的に現場で習得できる。Ability to operate fax, scanner, copier, telephone, adding machine, calculator. /ファクシミリ、スキャナー、コピー機、電話、レジ、計算機を操作できること。
Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software. /コンピューター機器、Microsoft Office Suiteソフトウエアの知識があり、操作できること。
Ability to read, write and speak English & Japanese. /英語、日本語の読み書き、会話能力。
Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, cost control. /F&Bサービス、コスト管理の知識
