About The Role
日本におけるホテルポートフォリオの拡大をリードする「開発ディレクター」を募集しています。本ポジションは、Accorの全ブランドを対象に、さまざまな契約形態(運営受託、フランチャイズ、レジデンス)やプロジェクトタイプ(ホテル、リゾート、長期滞在型、ブランドレジデンス、複合開発)に関する開発案件の獲得、交渉、契約締結までを担う重要な役割です。

Accor is seeking a dynamic Development Director, to drive the growth of our Japan hotel portfolio. This role is pivotal in sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing development projects for all Accor hotel brands across various contract types (management, franchise, residential) and project formats (hotels, resorts, extended stay, branded residences, mixed-use).

Key Responsibilities

  • Accorホテルブランドの潜在的な開発機会を特定し、積極的に追求する
  • ホテルオーナー、デベロッパー、コンサルタントとの強固な関係を構築・維持する
  • 案件評価、提案資料の作成、契約交渉など、ディールメイキングのプロセスをリードする
  • 市場動向、競合状況、新たなビジネス機会について常に情報を収集・把握する
  • 法務、財務、運営、ブランド、技術サービスなど社内チームと連携し、プロジェクトを円滑に遂行する
  • Identify and pursue potential development opportunities for Accor hotel brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, and consultants.
  • Lead deal-making processes, including opportunity evaluation, pitch development, and contract negotiation.
  • Stay informed on market conditions, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, brand, technical services) to ensure seamless project execution.

資格

Your Skills & Experiences

  • 日本語・英語が堪能であること
  • ビジネス、ホスピタリティ、財務、不動産、または関連分野の学位
  • ホスピタリティ開発や市場分析における豊富な経験
  • ホテル会計、運営受託契約、フランチャイズモデル、財務モデリングに関する深い知識
  • 卓越した交渉力、コミュニケーション能力、関係構築スキル戦略的思考を持ち、起業家精神と多文化への理解があること
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • Degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Significant experience in hospitality development and market analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, management agreements, franchise models, and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and multicultural awareness.
