Our client, a leading hotel in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee all aspects of front office operations. This role offers the opportunity to enhance guest experiences and lead a team in delivering exceptional service.

職務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

  • フロントオフィス業務およびゲストサービスの管理
  • フロントオフィススタッフの管理とトレーニング
  • ホテルのクレジットポリシーの遵守を確保
  • 部門の年間予算および財務計画の策定
  • ナイトオーディット業務および財務報告の監督
  • 客室稼働率およびADRの向上戦略の策定
  • 地域の緊急サービスとの関係構築

    • Oversee front office operations and guest services
    • Manage and train front office staff
    • Ensure compliance with hotel credit policies
    • Prepare department's annual budget and financial plans
    • Oversee night audit operations and financial reporting
    • Develop strategies to increase occupancy and ADR
    • Build relationships with local emergency services

応募資格 / Qualifications:

  • ホテルフロントオフィス管理での5年以上の経験
  • ホテル管理ソフトウェア(例: Opera, Fidelio)の熟練
  • 優れた顧客サービススキル
  • スタッフ管理およびトレーニングの経験
  • ホテルのクレジットポリシーと財務報告の知識
  • 英語と日本語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力
  • 緊急手順と地域の緊急サービスに関する知識
  • 予算作成および財務計画の経験

    • 5+ years of experience in hotel front office management
    • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Experience in staff management and training
    • Knowledge of hotel credit policies and financial reporting
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and local language
    • Familiarity with emergency procedures and local emergency services
    • Experience in budget preparation and financial planning
