HMI Hotel Group Japan
is looking for a
dynamic Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Supervisor
to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The candidate will be stationed in HMI Hotel Group's property in Japan. The candidate must be willing to learn Japanese.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Front Office operations including front desk, reservations, room allocation, and guest relations
  • Uphold and Implement highest standards of Guest Service and Hospitality
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Implement and enforce SOPs, safety, and security protocols
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the Front Office team; manage staffing, performance, training, and appraisals
  • Act as the Service Champion, handling guest feedback, complaints, and continuously improving service standards
  • Drive guest satisfaction while achieving operational and financial goals
  • Monitor budgets, control departmental expenses, and ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fair HR practices, and consistent disciplinary procedures
  • Communicate clearly with management and teams, analyze operational challenges, and implement effective solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Hospitality/Hotel Management or any field.
  • 5 Years Experience in a Front Office Role in a reputed Hospitality Chain
  • Strong Communication Skills
