■ 仕事内容

<主なミッション>

  • ベンダー・施設管理:
    * オフィス機器に関するベンダー管理(飲食、配送/郵便、事務用品、モバイルデバイス等)
  • 来訪者管理、オフィス施設の効率性・快適性の向上(セキュリティ設定含む)
  • 施設・リモート機器の管理・保守、ビル管理会社との交渉(一部外部委託業務)
  • オペレーション最適化:
  • リモート・現場勤務社員向けの備品発送および各種調整
  • プロセス合理化・オペレーション効率向上・従業員フィードバックの改善
  • オフィスサービスベンダーの契約・品質管理とコスト最適化
  • 戦略・計画:
  • 総務の短中期計画の策定、事業継続計画(BCP)の確立・維持

■ 応募資格

  • 経験:
    総務/ファシリティマネジメントにおける7年以上の経験。
  • 尚可:製薬業界での経験、またはスタートアップ等の高成長・変化の速い環境での経験。
  • ITスキル:
    エンタープライズシステム(SAP/Microsoft Office Suite等)の使用経験。
  • 言語:
    流暢な日本語力 + ビジネスレベルの英語力。
  • 学歴:
    学士号以上(経営管理/関連分野の修士号があれば尚可)。
