- フード&ビバレッジリーダーシップチームの育成と指導
- 成長機会を見極め、新しいコンセプトを導入
- ブランド標準およびポリシーの遵守を確保
- 市場動向を監視し、競争力のある戦略を実施
応募資格:
- フード&ビバレッジ、調理、イベント管理における6年以上の経験
- ホスピタリティ、ビジネス、または関連分野の準学士号以上
- 財務計画、予算作成、コスト管理の経験
- 戦略的リーダーシップとチーム育成の実績
- ラグジュアリーホテルのフード&ビバレッジ運営経験があれば尚可
- ホスピタリティ業界における市場動向と競争戦略の知識
- ラグジュアリー環境におけるゲストサービスの優れた対応力
