What You'll Be Doing
- Be the heartbeat of the F&B team — leading, inspiring, and keeping the vibe right from sunrise to last call.
- Support our bars, lounges, and in-room dining operations with creativity and care.
- Keep an eye on the details — from costs and budgets to team morale and guest smiles.
- Jump in wherever needed. Coach. Mentor. Motivate.
- Help shape new openings, menus, and guest experiences that celebrate Tokyo's culture and sustainability.
- Keep communication flowing across departments — because great things happen when everyone's in sync.
- Make sure everything runs smooth, looks beautiful, and feels effortless.
Who You Are
- You've spent at least
2 years
managing Food & Beverage in a
luxury or lifestyle hotel
(or a venue that moves just as fast). - You're fluent in people — a natural leader with a calm presence and a can-do attitude.
- Numbers don't scare you: budgets, P&L, and forecasting are part of your toolkit.
- You live and breathe hospitality — and believe sustainability and style can absolutely coexist.
- You're flexible, curious, and up for the kind of challenge that only comes once in a career.
