About the location:
Occupying the top floors of a landmark 39-floor tower, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi seamlessly blends modern high-style design with classical Japanese elements. From tasteful event venues to dynamic dining and drinking spaces, the Hotel offers a unique experience that is distinctively Four Seasons. The Hotel boasts a prime location above Otemachi Station in Tokyo's prominent financial district, right next to the Imperial Palace. The SPA is a tranquil sky-high sanctuary, complete with water features: vitality pools, mist chairs, and traditional Japanese ofuro baths. What you will do

  • Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments. /同僚、上司、全ての部門と友好的かつプロとしての関係を維持する。

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel's Restaurant Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. /カルチャーおよびサービススタンダードを確実に満たすよう、ホテルのレストラン部門の全従業員の選別、研修、評価、指導、動機付け、コーチ、および監督管理を行う。

Product Functions/プロダクトファンクション

  • Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for the dining and in-room private bar services. /ダイニング、ルームプライベートバーサービスのための気配りの効いた、際だったエクスペリエンスに特化した上品な内装が施された環境で、ワイン、スピリッツの知識を提供するのに加え、食品、材料、調理方法全ての品質を説明し、保証する。
  • Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. /アウトレットの設備、装置の状態を確認し、必要に応じ、修正、改善の提言をする。 Assist Department Head to complete/meet PWT goal. /PWT目標を完/達成するよう、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
  • Implement new benchmark standard training and assist Department Head to meet yearly goal. /新たなベンチマークスタンダード研修を実施し、年次目標の達成に向け、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
  • Ensure all menus in the Restaurant are clean and updated. /レストランのメニュー全てが清潔で最新のものであるよう徹底する。
  • Assist team and DH to assist department goal. /部署の目標達成に向け、チーム、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
  • Assist with set-up and cleaning of operational areas. /オペレーションエリアのセットアップおよび清掃のサポートをする。
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Outlet Manager. /その他、アウトレットマネージャーが指示する業務を行う。

What You Will Bring

  • Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks. /重要な職務、タスクの全てを達成するため、柔軟なスケジュールが必要とされる。
  • Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures as they relates to Cashiering. Working knowledge is generally learned on the job./レジ係に関係するため、一般会計原則およびフォーシーズンズインターナルコントロール、ポリシー&プロシージャーの基礎となる専門知識が必要とされる。実務知識は、一般的に現場で習得できる。

  • Ability to read, write and speak English & Japanese. /英語、日本語の読み書き、会話能力。

Schedule & Hours

  • 40 working hours per week.
  • 10 days off every month except February (9 days)
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization for Japan and be fluent in English and Japanese business communication.
