Bringing the Hotel Indigo brand to the iconic location of Shibuya is exactly what our curious well-travelled explorers have been waiting for. Right around the corner from the famous Shibuya crossing and nestled deep in the heart of the major fashion, retail and nightlife of Tokyo we look forward to connecting our guests with our deep, rich neighbourhood story. 

As one of our F&B Supervisors, you could assist our Head of Food & Beverage from the perspective of all operations, and contribute to the management of controlling and maintaining the quality of our guest service, and achieve the department's overall profit goals.

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Ideally you will have:

  • Demonstrated Food and Beverage knowledge such as Cocktail, Barista or Service
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts during your roster
