ヨーロッパで長年ミシュランの星に輝くスターシェフ、セルジオ・ハーマン (Sergio Herman) 氏監修の日本&アジア初上陸となるレストラン&カフェバーです。オランダ・ゼーラント地方と、日本の厳選された旬の食材を融合させた「コンテンポラリーなヨーロッパ料理」を提供。さらに、同氏はホテルの朝食やインルームダイニングを含む、ホテル虎ノ門ヒルズの料飲全般も監修しています。

Le Pristine, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Europe, will make its debut in Japan at the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, which is opening for the first time in Tokyo.

What is Le Pristine Tokyo?

It is a restaurant and cafe bar, supervised by Sergio Herman, a star chef who has been awarded Michelin stars in Europe for many years, making its debut in Japan and Asia. It offers "contemporary European cuisine" that combines carefully selected seasonal ingredients from the Zeeland region of the Netherlands and Japan. In addition, Mr. Herman also supervises all food and beverage services at Hotel Toranomon Hills, including hotel breakfasts and in-room dining.

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of Le Pristine Tokyo Restaurant and Cafe in line with Le Pristine's Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owners expectations, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating ensuring the financial success of the outlet.

Qualifications
・ホスピタリティまたはレストラン経営に関連する学位、見習い期間、またはディプロマを有すること。高水準のホテルまたはレストランにおいて、アウトレットマネージャーとして最低2年の実務経験を有すること。

・日本語、英語ビジネスレベル

・Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager in a hotel or restaurant with high standards.

・Japanese and English at a business level
