About The Job
Housekeepingの一員として、下記の業務をご担当頂きます。

Housekeeping Coordinatorは、Housekeeping Managerにレポートします。

As Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
・ハウスキーピング事務所にかかってくるすべての電話応対を行う。

・ゲストのリクエストを調整・分配し、確実に対応されるよう手配する。

・早期到着/VIPの特別リクエストを管理し、必要な客室の優先順位についてハウスキーピングマネージャーへ随時更新情報を提供する。

・追加クレジット/ロールアウェイベッド、ベビーベッドの設営・配送料金表を各シフトで毎日更新する。

・ゲストからの苦情は、エグゼクティブハウスキーパーまたは他の管理職へ適時適切に報告する。

・キー配布システムが適切に維持され、在庫記録が更新されていることを確認する。

・遅刻/欠勤した従業員を指定の出勤表に記録する。

・客室稼働状況を常時監視する。

・VIP・スイートルーム客向け花束の手配、費用処理及び履歴記録を行う。

・ウェルカムアメニティ用オレンジ・MOブレンドティーのギフトパッケージ手配。

・到着前にゲスト指定の追跡品を確認・手配する。

・日次で客室支援の持続可能性をトラック・記録し、月次でMOHGへ報告する。

・遺失物対応及び貴重品は当直マネージャーへ報告する。

・国内外のゲスト指定住所へ遺失物を発送し、料金を請求する。

・部門の全未収金について正確な記録を維持する。

・レストラン・厨房を除く客室・公共エリアで害虫を発見した場合、害虫駆除会社に連絡する。

・ハウスキーピングマネージャーを補佐し、客室配分の開始業務(予定と必要人数との差異管理を含む)を担当する。

・ハウスキーピングマネージャーの指示に従い、必要に応じて従業員を呼び出す。

・全ての手紙と小包がタイムリーに配達され、記録が定期的に保管されることを確保する。

・SMS、Hotsos、E-log、携帯電話の操作能力を有すること。

・ランドリースタッフが不在時、ゲスト用洗濯物のタグ付け、仕分け、課金業務を支援する。

・チームワークで円滑に業務を遂行できる能力

・PC基本スキル

・シフト対応(土日を含む不定休のシフト、7:00-16:00/13:00-22:00など)
