Our client, a leading company in the hotel industry, is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and manage the daily operations of their hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations across multiple departments
- Implement revenue management and cost control measures
- Supervise recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff
- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Supervise safety management and facility maintenance
- Coordinate Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments
- Report to executive management and support business strategies
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in hotel operations management
- Management experience in the hotel industry
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Japanese
- Experience with revenue management and cost control
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Experience with safety management and facility maintenance
