Key responsibilities include:

1. Designing, building, and validating AI solutions that align with customer requirements

2. Hands-on development using Prompt Engineering, Transformers, RAG, and Agentic RAG

• Responsibilities / 職務内容

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, data engineers, domain experts) to design effective AI solutions

• Communicate technical concepts and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and test Generative AI solutions aligned with project requirements
• Train and fine-tune models using Python; perform accuracy validation

• Prepare project documentation and reports as required

登録資格

• Must Requirements / 必須要件

• Proficiency in Python; experience in AI/ML model development including Prompt Engineering and NLP

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI projects (including LLM fine-tuning and RAG implementation)
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and model validation

• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

• Pythonに精通し、プロンプトエンジニアリングやNLPを含むAI/MLモデル開発経験

• LLMファインチューニングやRAG実装を含むAIプロジェクトの実務経験2年以上
• 統計モデリング、機械学習手法、モデル検証に関する深い知識

• Employment status

Regular Employee

Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)

Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

• Salary

Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates' experiences and abilities.

Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY

Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

Salary raise: Yes

9:00 - 18:00

(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
