PROEVER is an AI-powered project management platform built in Japan and now preparing for global expansion.
We are looking for a Tokyo-based, Japanese–English bilingual Product Designer (UI/UX) to help define the next-generation experience of PROEVER.
About MSOL & PROEVER
Management Solutions (MSOL) is a consulting group focused on project and program management. We support complex initiatives for enterprise clients and bring that expertise into our product development.
PROEVER is our enterprise project management SaaS that:
Aggregates project data across the organization
Provides program-level visibility for executives and PMOs
Uses AI to support risk management, reporting, and decision-making
We are currently executing a full product renewal, redesigning UX, architecture, and UI for global scale.
Role Overview
As Product Designer (UI/UX) for PROEVER, you will:
Design the end-to-end user experience for web applications
Build and evolve our Figma-based design system
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and PMO experts
Tackle complex, real-world enterprise workflows rather than simple consumer use cases
You will have significant ownership over UX and visual direction.
Key Responsibilities
Design flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for PROEVER's web interfaces
Build and maintain a design system in Figma (components, patterns, interaction guidelines)
Work with product managers to clarify requirements, user goals, and constraints
Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasible, high-quality implementation
Plan and conduct or support user research and usability testing; turn findings into concrete design improvements
Explore prototypes and new interaction concepts, especially for AI-assisted workflows and complex dashboards
Help unify product visual identity across screens and related materials
Requirements – Must-Haves
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer for digital products
Experience designing web or SaaS applications (not only marketing websites)
Strong Figma skills (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping)
Experience working in cross-functional product teams (with PdMs, engineers, QA, etc.)
Practical experience with user research or usability testing
Ability to explain design decisions and balance usability, technical constraints, and business needs
Fluent Japanese (native or near-native) for day-to-day collaboration
Business-level English for documentation and communication with global partners
Requirements – Nice to Have
Experience with enterprise SaaS or internal tools supporting complex B2B workflows
Experience building or owning a design system from scratch
Interest in data visualization, dashboards, and information design
Knowledge or strong interest in AI / LLM / automation
Familiarity with project management practices or tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, etc.)
