現在、デザインチームはフルタイム2名を中心とした非常にスモールな組織です。そのため、単なる「画面の作成」に留まらず、「最高のデザイン組織をゼロから作り上げる」という組織づくりの面白さがあります。
OOUI(オブジェクト指向UI)に基づいた情報設計や、デザインシステムの策定・運用、さらにはブランドガイドラインの策定など、プロダクトの根幹から携わることができます。また、志向性に応じて、マーケティング領域やブランディング、動画制作など、クリエイティブ全般に幅広く挑戦できる環境です。

- Webサービス等のUIデザインの実務経験(3年以上)
