Our team focuses on integrating Artificial Intelligence to eliminate friction and streamline workflows across industries.

We're looking for a Generative AI UI/UX Designer to define the future of human-AI interaction.

You'll turn ambiguity into clarity, experimenting with completely new UI/UX paradigms and creating effective interfaces for generative AI experiences across our AI for Business product portfolio.

Position Details

As a UI/UX Designer, Your Key Responsibilities Are

Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for generative AI features
Own end-to-end design workflows from concept to implementation, weighing user experience against technical feasibility and business objectives
Identify new AI opportunities, design concepts, and build prototypes to execute on strategic goals
Shape product direction through breakthrough generative AI interface innovations
Facilitate alignment and build unified product design vision across teams

Mandatory Qualifications

Portfolio website required, showcasing your design process and solutions
High standards for UI/UX design execution. Advanced Figma skills.
Strong product design sense and problem-solving abilities to tackle new design challenges
Extensive agentic coding experience (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor). Strong preference for candidates who have shipped products using agentic coding
Strong storytelling and communication skills using mental models, mockups and other tools-for-thought to effectively communicate ideas to teams and senior stakeholders
Bias towards shipping fast and iterating based on real user feedback
Comfortable navigating abstract and unknown territories when exploring new AI ideas

Desired Qualifications

4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software, with experience working with generative AI, LLMs, or conversational interfaces
Natural curiosity for discovering simpler ways to tackle hard problems
Experience with design research and user testing
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
Japanese skills
