Product Designer

Our client is building a next-generation creative operating system for global teams — a platform that enables creative organizations to design, iterate, and produce content at scale using advanced GenAI.

Their product reimagines how creative work gets done at the enterprise level. Think of it as an
"AI-native design and production platform"
where ideation, design, refinement, and delivery are seamlessly powered by precise, controllable, enterprise-grade GenAI.

You'll work closely with the Head of Design to shape core product experiences and help define what best-in-class GenAI-powered design tools should feel like. We value extreme ownership, speed, and low-ego collaboration, and we're looking for designers who care deeply about craft, move fast, and think creatively.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products
  • Strong visual design instincts with deep knowledge of UI patterns and interaction principles
  • Excellent prototyping skills and clear visual communication
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-performing startup environments
  • A portfolio showcasing products users genuinely love
  • Ability to turn complex workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences
  • Strong understanding of design systems and technical implementation
  • Comfortable shipping quickly and learning on the fly

What you'll do

  • Be hands-on and scrappy with all necessary design assets
  • Design end-to-end user flows and high-fidelity mockups for new features
  • Own design initiatives from early concept through launch
  • Push for quick wins and high-impact improvements
  • Continuously raise the overall design quality of the product
