■募集背景
現在、統一されたUIコンポーネントライブラリやガイドラインがないため、デザインプロセスが非効率になっています。プロジェクト対応に追われ、この基盤整備に手が回っていないのが現状です。
この課題を解決するため、デザインシステムの構築やB2Bプロダクト開発に実績のある業務委託デザイナーを迎え入れ、基盤整備に着手したいと考えています。
■委託内容
正社員デザイナー1名と協力し、以下の業務を主にお任せします。
SaaSプロダクト開発案件のUX/UIデザイン
デザインシステム/Figma上でのコンポーネントライブラリ構築・運用サポート
■チーム体制と働き方
チーム体制: プロダクトチームに所属し、正社員デザイナー1名と連携しながら、PdMやエンジニアとも協業して業務を進めていただきます。
使用ツール: Figma、Google Workspace、Slackなど
MTG頻度と時間: 必要に応じて、平日の日中に実施します。

デザインシステムの構築や運用経験がある方
Figmaでの実務経験が豊富な方
BtoB向け業務系アプリケーションのデザインの実績があり、シンプルで使い勝手が良く、統一感のあるデザインを提案できる方
既存のデザインスタイルを尊重しつつ、サービス全体のクオリティ向上に貢献できる方
チームメンバーと円滑なコミュニケーションを取りながら、積極的に業務を進めていける方

事業用不動産売買を加速する統合データプラットフォーム『REMETIS』を開発・提供するスタートアップ企業です。サービスは現在、デベロッパー・ファンドを中心に、金融機関や建設、仲介会社等で利用の広がりをみせています。
■サービス概要
『REMETIS』の使い方は簡単で、物件情報をPDFファイルでドラッグ&ドロップするだけでデータベース化します。データは自動的に地図上に紐付けられ、過去の土地の売買履歴や賃料、利回りや地価、開発事例などの様々なデータと一元化され、ワンストップで不動産の投融資の分析に必要な情報が検索可能となります。 また、不動産流通の業務上は、売物件とともに買いニーズも整理でき、自動的に売りと買いをマッチング。属人的になりがちな物件紹介をシステマチックに行うことで、紹介漏れを防ぎます。上記によりスピーディーかつ精度の高い情報収集、収益性検討、物件紹介が可能となり、また導入企業の会議活性化、業務標準化、ペーパーレス化だけでなく、優良案件を見逃すことによる機会損失の低減を図ることを実現させます。
