■Responsibilities
・Lead and actively contribute to AI solution development: model selection, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production integration.
・Design and implement scalable AI systems, APIs, and data/inference pipelines.
・Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor engineers through code reviews and design guidance.
・Report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to directors and key stakeholders.
■Required Experience And Skills
・7+ years of experience in IT, 2+ years of which is in AI
・3+ years of hands-on experience with Python
・Business level English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese (JLPT N2+)
