Overview
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual PMO/Business Analyst to join our Data Platform team within a leading global insurance organization. The primary focus of this role is to support the migration of Informatica on-premise ETL processes to the Azure cloud environment. As an on-site team member, you will act as a critical liaison between our India-based development team and Japanese business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary interface between the Indian development team and Japanese business stakeholders, ensuring requirements, updates, and issues are clearly understood and addressed.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements related to the cloud migration of ETL processes.
- Data Analysis & Collection: Support business stakeholders by analyzing data needs, collecting relevant datasets, and preparing materials for meetings, workshops, and project documentation.
- Project & Operational Support: Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting using Azure DevOps and Agile Delivery Management (ADM) tools and methodologies.
- Material Preparation: Develop clear, concise presentations, reports, and other documentation to support decision-making and project progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and communication within the cross-functional, multicultural team.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or business analysis, preferably within IT or data platform environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with Azure DevOps and Agile Delivery Management (ADM) frameworks.
- Bilingual proficiency required (professional English and Japanese); strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
