【 Job Description】

You will be in charge of customer service for bilingual projects.

The company is looking for people with no IT experience who would like to work in an English-speaking IT environment, as well as people with experience in bilingual IT work.

■Your Role:

You will be assigned to a project depending on your experience and the time you join the company. You will be involved in operation-related projects using Japanese and English.

Mainly user support operation projects, and many of the projects involve support by touching actual equipment.

■Project Examples:

・Bilingual helpdesk work for a major foreign pharmaceutical company in Tokyo.

• Mainly support for client PCs, Mobile Phones and peripherals.

• User support will be mainly in Japanese, and will collaborate with overseas engineers in English.

■Global members are also active.

There are currently about 200 members from 19 countries.
