職務内容:

- 第一事業部HeadのChief of Staffとして、社内外ステークホルダーの効果的なコミュニケーションを実現するとともに、第一事業部Headが抱える戦略的アジェンダに関する諮問に応えて最適な意思決定を実現する。
- 第一事業部の全体計画(MRP,MYC,LRF)を策定するプロセスをリードし、第一事業部HeadやBU内外の関連組織とのコミュニケーションをマネジメントしながら情報収集と意思決定を効果的に推進することを通じて第一事業部全体最適の計画を策定する。
- 第一事業部のPL上の予算、経費状況やFTEの包括的なモニタリング・管理や第一事業部内のコミュニケーション・会議の運営を通じて、効率的な事業部運営に貢献する。
- 第一事業部独自プロジェクトの立案・推進を行い、事業推進・組織運営に関する課題把握・解決策の提案を行い、第一事業部の発展に貢献する。
- 新たなコマーシャルモデルを実現することへの組織文化の改革にオーナーシップを持ち、組織モラルを維持・向上しながら、所属社員のマインド・スキルのチェンジマネジメントを主導する。

<スキル・資格>:

- データアナリティクスに関する知識・実務経験があることが望ましい
