ファイナンシャルアナリストは、経営企画・財務部の一員として担当ビジネス部門と一体となってビジネス戦略や事業計画を策定・実行のサポートをし、経営者の視点からビジネスの成長と財務の健全性をサポートします。予実分析や経営指標のトラッキングのみならず、大量のデータに基づく分析や自ら現場へ赴き何が起きているか実際に把握し、ビジネス部門とアマゾンビジネスの拡大・成長をサポートする提案を行います。さらに、新規サービスの立ち上げや重要な変更に対する、ビジネス部門へのコンサルティング業務も行い、日々起こるビジネスの変化をダイレクトに経験することができます。

<職種概要>
データ駆動型の意思決定をリードし、ビジネスの成長機会の特定や、運営効率の向上に貢献していただきます。具体的には、複雑な財務モデリング、予算策定、収益予測、原価計算、投資収益率(ROI)分析などを実施します。最新の分析ツールやテクノロジーを活用し、大規模なデータセットから実用的な示唆を導き出すことが期待されます。
また、事業部門のリーダーやステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、経営判断に必要な財務分析や提言を行い、事業戦略の策定から実行までを財務面からサポートします。

Key job responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Perform complex financial modeling and ROI analysis for business decisions
- Create and present monthly/quarterly financial reports and KPI dashboards
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
- Conduct data analysis using SQL/Excel to generate actionable insights
- Support new business launches and growth opportunities
- Develop and track key metrics for business performance
- Identify and implement cost optimization strategies
Basic Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
- 大学(学士-修士-博士課程)に在学中、かつ2026年中に入社可能
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling skills
- Experience with financial reporting
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
- Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
- Process improvement experience (ideally Lean and/or Six Sigma)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer focus and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Oracle Financials and Cognos a plus
