The Human Resources Professional is responsible for management of compensation & benefits.

This position reports to the Manager, HR and is part of the HR&GA department located in Tokyo and will be an on-site role.

人事業務全般に自ら手を動かし携わりながら、主にトータルリワード、人事制度企画・運営・管理、諸規程運用管理、C&B(ペイロール、福利厚生)、入退社手続きを行っていただきます。

【ご担当いただく職務】

トータルリワード(金銭的/非金銭的報酬マネジメント)の制度構築・運用

人事制度の立案、設計、運用

諸規程の作成・改訂

グローバル(ダナハーグループ)制度のローカライゼーション

人事情報システム(Workday)の運用、管理

個別人事・労務諸問題、労働組合対策における人事総務部長サポート

その他上記に係る実務(ハンズオン)

少人数(3名)のHRチームのため、上記に加えて、経験値に応じて人材開発・採用分野にも携わっていただき主担当者をサポートいただくことがあります。

事業内容:血液ガス分析装置をはじめとした臨床診断機器および消耗品の輸入、販売

ラジオメーター株式会社は、デンマークに本社がある世界で初めて血液ガス分析装置を製品化した会社で、血液ガス分析装置の世界・国内シェアはNo.1です。世界130ヶ国以上でビジネスを展開しており、そのうち20ヶ国以上で販売子会社を設立しています。2004年に米国ダナハー社の傘下に入りました。

【給与条件】

月給(基本給):31万2500円~37万5000円

想定固定年収:500万円~600万円(年間4か月分の固定賞与含む)

業績賞与:50万円~60万円(会社業績/本人業績により支給)
