従業員エンゲージメント調査の企画、実行、進捗管理を担うポジションです。
「エンゲージメント」とは、社員が組織や仕事に対して抱く誇り・愛着・意欲などを示す概念。少子高齢化や採用難、人材流動化が進む日本では、企業が持続的に成長するための鍵として「人材の活力」が強く求められています。その状態をデータで可視化し、経営、人事戦略、職場での改善活動につなげることが、このポジションのミッションです。
当社のエンゲージメント調査は、世界でも最も歴史あるプログラムの一つ。グローバル標準の知見とデータを活用し、クライアント企業の組織変革を支援しています。
【業務内容】
プロジェクト期間は6か月〜1年程度。入社後は研修+OJTを経て、独り立ち後は常時3〜4件のプロジェクトを並行して担当します。クライアント・海外チーム・社内専門担当など多くの関係者と連携しながら、計画立案から成果報告までプロジェクト全体をリードします

・プロジェクト全体のプランニング
・クライアントとの打合せや経営層へのインタビューを通じて、調査の目的、設問項目、分析軸、報告形式を決定
- 調査準備
・社内外・国内外の関係者と連携しながら、多様な準備タスクを実施
‐ 調査担当者向け説明会の実施(英語で行う場合もあり
‐ 調査対象となる組織・人事データの収集・整理
‐ 調査サイト構築に向けた仕様書作成(英語)
‐ 翻訳、紙調査運営など社外ベンダーとの調整
‐ 海外の技術チームへの指示・調整
・オペレーション業務を通じ、正確性とスピードの両立を追求
- 調査実施
・オンラインまたは紙による調査運営
・各種問い合わせ対応
・各種レポートの仕様検討の議論
- 結果レポート・報告書作成
・回答データの確定および精査
・人事・組織長向けオンラインレポートの作成、ユーザー設定
・経営報告に向けた調査結果報告書の作成
・海外の技術チームと連携し、グローバルレベルのデータ品質を確保
- 結果報告・フォローアップ
・各種成果物の納品および報告会の実施(経営層、人事部門など)
・必要に応じて、アクションプラン作成支援や追加分析などフォローアップを実施

・人事・組織に関するトレンドリサーチや情報収集
・自社保有データを活用した分析や新たな提案活動

本ポジションが所属する「Digital部門」は、テクノロジーとデータで人と組織の可能性を最大化することをミッションとし、現在、エンゲージメント調査、アセスメント、報酬データなど多様な人事データを統合的に活用する「Talent Suite」を展開、グローバル企業の組織変革をリードしています。Listen (従業員エンゲージメントサーベイ) チームのプロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験は、データとテクノロジーを結ぶキャリアの基礎となり、Digital部門全体にも大きく貢献することができます。
【応募資格】
<必須経験、スキル>
- 人事関連領域、またはプロジェクトマネージャーとしての実務経験
- 社内外含め、様々な階層・部門の関係者とのコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を遂行した経験(3年以上)
- 英語力中級以上(社内、社外を問わず海外とのやり取りは必須、メール中心だが電話会議などもあり。目安TOEIC800点以上)
- 日本語 ネイティブレベル(読み・書き・会話)
- Microsoft Office使用経験 Excel(Pivot Tableや数式など)、PPT(打ち合わせ資料作成など)、Wordの基本スキル
<望ましい経験、スキル>
- データを扱う業務(Excel)、調査・リサーチの経験
- 英語を用いた海外との業務経験
