ポジションについて About this position
ロクシタンのビジネス変革を IT 面からリードするコアメンバーとして、IT チームのマネジメント、システム戦略の策定、組織成長の推進を担っていただきます。国内外のステークホルダーと連携し、事業成長に直結する IT 推進をリードする重要な役割です
。
職務内容 Job Responsibility
【ITチームの管理】
• マネージャーとして、ITシステム(Retail, EC, Loyalty/CRM等)の各担当者をサポートしていただきます。チームメンバーは4~5名となります。
【ロードマップの作成・管理】
• ユーザー部門および GHQ と緊密に連携し、経営戦略と整合した日本の IT ロードマップを策定し、年間計画の立案・優先順位付け・進捗管理を含むその実行をリード。
【プロジェクトマネジメント】
• 各種 IT プロジェクトをリード。スケジュール・予算・KPI・リスクを適切に管理しつつ、国内外のステークホルダー(ユーザー部門・GHQ・パートナー企業)と連携し、システム導入・改修の企画から定着化までをリード。
【システム設計とプロセス改善】
• ユーザー部門・GHQ・開発パートナーと連携してロクシタンのシステム全体像を設計し、IT運用の可視化・標準化・効率化、ITILベースの品質向上、セキュリティ/ガバナンス/リスク管理の強化、部門横断の業務プロセス改善を通じて組織の仕組みを継続的に最適化。
【チームメンバーの成長をサポート】
• 若手メンバーが成長できるよう技術サポートや助言、知識共有を行い、また重大な技術課題のエスカレーションにも対応。1on1 やキャリア支援を通じてメンバー育成を進め、フィードバックを基盤にした「学び合う文化」とチームワーク向上を促進。
スキル要件・必要技能 Skills/Qualifications
【経歴】
• 3年以上のシステム導入プロジェクトおよびコスト管理経験
• 3年以上のチームマネ
ジメントの経験
• 小売業の情報システム部門での勤務経験
【知識・スキル】
• ネイティブレベルの日本語。ビジネスレベルの英語力
• マネージャーとしての一般
的な管理スキル
• PMP相当のプロジェクトマネジメント知識
• 情報処理技術者(システムアーキテクト)相当のIT知識
• ITILファウンデーション相当のITサービスマネジメント知識
• 化粧品に関する興味・知識
