仕事内容:
《お客さまのオフィス環境向上サポート》
弊社のメイン業務は、お客さまのオフィス環境、PCまわりのお困りごと解決のサポート、ソリューションの提案です。メイン業務がスムーズに運ぶように補助業務していただきます。
*おまかせする業務*
・商品の発注
・ライセンスや保守期間の管理作業などのサポート業務
・市場調査、顧客満足度調査など
残業は月15~20時間程度です。
週休2日で、プライベートも充実できますよ♪

〈専門知識がなくても大丈夫〉
お客さまが契約いただいているライセンスや保守期間、サポート等の管理をしていただくにあたっては、PCやオフィス周りの機器の設定については、知識ゼロでも大丈夫です。営業職向けには毎週月曜と3カ月に一度の全体研修があり、希望すれば専門的な知識を得ることもできます。
