Job Title: Business Development (Global Market – U.S. Focus)

About the Role

With the belief of
"preserving real meat for the future,"
we develop and deliver SaaS products that help pig producers improve productivity while reducing environmental impact.

Through our pig farming management system
Porker
and a range of
IoT and AI-powered products
, we are driving digital transformation in the pig farming industry—bringing greater visibility, labor efficiency, and productivity to on-site operations.

We are now entering the next phase of our growth:
expanding our AI and IoT products into global markets
. To sustainably improve productivity across the global pig farming industry, it is essential to adapt quickly and flexibly to different business cultures and decision-making processes across regions.

We are seeking a
Business Development professional
who will take ownership of end-to-end business development initiatives, starting with customer and partner acquisition in overseas markets, primarily the United States.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to
build and lead overseas business operations
and take a hands-on role in shaping new markets.

Depending on your interests and experience, you may also have opportunities to lead expansion into other regions or manage larger-scale projects.

Responsibilities

As a
Global Business Development team member
, you will be responsible for the following, primarily in the U.S. market:

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers and partners in the United States
  • Working closely with clients to understand their challenges, create value, and execute sales activities
  • Structuring and analyzing customer issues, and sharing insights gained from the field with internal teams
  • Designing KPIs and driving initiatives toward Product-Market Fit (PMF)
  • Business travel and on-site customer visits as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience
    in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build smooth, trust-based relationships with users
  • High motivation to work in
    overseas business development
  • Business-level English proficiency
    for coordination and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience conducting sales in English with U.S.-based clients
  • Fluent or native-level Japanese proficiency
    , sufficient for professional communication with internal teams and stakeholders in Japan

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in
    agriculture or primary industries
  • Experience supporting the implementation or on-site operation of
    IoT or AI-related products
  • Experience working in a
    startup environment
  • Experience working at a
    trading company or foreign-affiliated company
    , and/or experience living or working overseas

そこで今回は、米国を中心とした海外市場での顧客・パートナーの開拓を始めとし、事業開発の一連のプロセスを主体となって推進する事業開発メンバーを募集しています。

海外事業の事業立ち上げをしたい、自分で事業をリードしたいという方にぴったりのお仕事になります。

ご希望に合わせて、他地域での事業の立ち上げや、より大規模なプロジェクトリードなどにも取り組むことも可能です。

■業務内容

グローバル事業開発メンバーとして、主に米国で以下の業務を担っていただきます。

主には以下を担当いただきます。

・米国における新規顧客・パートナーの開拓

・クライアントに伴走し、課題抽出、価値創出、および営業活動の実行

・顧客課題の整理・分析、現地で得たインサイトの社内共有・フィードバック

・KPI設計、PMFまでの推進

※出張・現地顧客訪問あり

必須スキル

・法人営業・事業開発経験(4年以上)

・ユーザーとの円滑なコミュニケーションができる方

・海外での事業開発に強い意欲をお持ちの方

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・交渉)

  • TOEIC 900点以上、TOEFL iBT 95点以上、IELTS 7.0以上、もしくはアメリカの企業を顧客とする英語での営業経験のいずれかを満たすこと
