日本キヤリアの前身は、東芝キヤリア。東芝の空調事業部と、東洋キヤリア(キャリア日本法人)の合弁企業として、1999年設立。

【担当業務】

■業務・産業機器用の空調機器向のコンプレッサーの営業業務(商談、顧客折衝、輸出販売)

■国内外のグループ会社の製造拠点/開発拠点への営業業務、国内外の顧客への営業業務■販売先:
日本・中国・タイ・欧州・アメリカ・インド

【具体的業務】

■日本工場にて設計・生産されるコンプレッサーの国内販売・輸出販売

■顧客要望に応じた商品提案・納期調整・価格折衝・品質対応等(受注品です)

■市場分析や競合他社分析を通じた、新規顧客の開拓活動や製品企画

■販売・粗利・在庫計画の作成などの計数業務

<経験・スキル>

【必須要件】

■法人営業の経験

■英語力(日常会話レベル以上)

【歓迎要件】

■メーカー・商社での営業経験、特にデバイス等の部品営業経験

■貿易実務の経験や知識

【他特記事項】

■電子・電機・機械業界、とくに、空調機器・冷蔵機器・産業機器での経験があると、尚歓迎

■海外顧客・海外現地法人との業務経験があると、尚歓迎

■数年後にはチームリーダー、マネージャへの昇格候補者として採用します。

■海外出張あり:3~6か月に1回 (米国・欧州・アジア)

■キャリアパス:
社内公募制度あり(日本・アジアグループ内)

■在宅勤務率:60~80%
