◆職務概要について
営業活動および顧客対応を通じて、事業成果の創出に直接関与いただきます。
海外バイヤーと直接向き合い、特別招待プログラムにおける
呼び込み・フォロー・来場確定までを担う営業ポジションです。
■ 主な業務内容
・海外バイヤーへの直接アプローチおよび関係構築
・電話、オンラインミーティング等を活用した個別フォロー
・フライト情報回収、事前登録フォロー等の来場確定業務
・海外出張を伴う対面での顧客・候補者対応およびコミュニケーション
・来場に向けた進捗管理および優先度判断
・展示会会期中のバイヤー対応
■ 出張について
・海外バイヤーの新規開拓を目的とした海外出張あり
(展示会、業界イベント、現地訪問等)
・出張頻度:月1回程度※繁忙期には月1~2回程度となる場合あり
・海外訪問先例(時期・事業部により変動):
アメリカ、UAE、ドイツ、スペイン、カナダ、タイ、シンガポール、韓国、中国、等
■ 必要なスキル・経験
・学士以上の学歴
・日本語:流暢
・英語:ビジネスレベル (海外バイヤーとのやり取りがあり、ビジネスメールおよびミーティング対応が可能なレベル)
・英語を使った営業経験3年以上(業界問わず)
・対面での営業や関係構築に抵抗がないこと
(海外バイヤーとの対面コミュニケーションを含む)

・営業活動における顧客コミュニケーション設計や関係構築に関する実務経験

・状況に応じて課題を整理し、営業活動における対応策を自ら考え、実行できる方
・チーム内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーションスキル
・営業活動と並行して、データ整理・進捗管理・フォローアップを自律的に行える方
・柔軟性を持ち、主体的に業務を推進できる
