当社の事業拡大に伴い、当社の業務用空調機器の法人向け営業強化が必須。また将来の営業マネジャー候補の人材確保・育成を目指しています。
Job Description
当社の業務用空調機器(業務用マルチエアコン、チラー、空調)の売上拡大、当社ビジネスパートナー、設計事務所、建築業者・設備工事業者等への営業を担当して頂きます。併せて空調拡販を実施
【担当業務】
・業務用空調機器(業務用マルチエアコン、チラー、空調)の営業活動(提案、商談、顧客折衝)
・営業先:当社業務用空調機器拡販のための設計事務所、建築業者・設備工事業者等、
及び当社ビジネスパートナー
【具体的業務】
・営業先定期訪問、価格折衝、納期調整、商品説明会、見積対応、展示会対応等
・設計折込活動、提案活動等
・納期管理、プロスペクト管理、与信管理、市場分析、競合他社分析等
Minimum Requirements
<経験・スキル>
【必須要件】
・普通自動車第一種免許
【歓迎要件】
・メーカー・商社での営業経験、特に空調業界での営業経験(4年以上)
・管工事施工管理技士(1級、2級)
【他特記事項】
・優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ
・基礎的PC操作(Excel:表、グラフ、基礎的関数、PPT:基礎的知識。Word:基礎的知識)
・大崎本社での営業経験を積み、その後全国各支社にも異動する可能性あり
