ウーブン・バイ・トヨタは、トヨタの100年に一度のモビリティ・カンパニーへの変革に寄与していきます。「自分以外の誰かのために」発明を続けたという歴史からインスピレーションを受けた私たちのミッションーそれは、モビリティの定義を拡げ、そしてモビリティが社会に貢献する方法を拡張し、人を想うイノベーションで、モビリティの常識に挑み続けることです。
私たちは4つの柱を中心に活動しています:自動運転・先進運転支援システム技術のAD/ADAS、SDV(ソフトウェア定義車両)のための車両ソフトウェア生産プラットフォームであるArene、モビリティのテストコースであるWoven City、そして協業基盤を支えるデジタル・インフラストラクチャのCloud & AIです。また、ビジネスに不可欠な機能がこれらのチームの実装を下支えし、一丸となって「事故ゼロ社会」と「幸せの量産」の実現に向けて取り組んでいます。

求める人材
私たちは、高いモチベーションと情熱を持ち、卓越した技術力を有するエンジニアを募集しています。このポジションでは、ソフトウェア開発およびクラウドベースのプラットフォームに関する専門知識と、バックエンド開発およびシステム設計スキルを活かすことが期待されます。
業務内容- ステークホルダーやプラットフォーム、運用、セキュリティ等の他チームと連携し、機能を横断した連携を実施し、要件定義、アーキテクチャ設計、ソフトウェアの開発およびテストを安全かつ効果的に実施する
- シニアエンジニアの指導のもと、データベース、API、ドメイン設計、マイクロサービスなどを含む、スケーラブルかつ効率的なバックエンドシステムの設計および実装に貢献する
- 高品質で保守性の高いコードを記述し、コードレビューを実施。パフォーマンスとセキュリティの最適化を行い、複雑な問題のトラブルシューティングを通じてシステムの安定性を確保する
- 他の開発者と協業し、フロントエンド、DevOps、プロダクトチームと密に連携しながら、確立されたエンジニアリングのベストプラクティスに従い、チーム全体のデリバリー向上に貢献する
- コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号、または同等の業務経験
- Go、C#、Java、Pythonなどのプログラミング言語のいずれか1つ以上における5年以上のソフトウェア開発経験。(主要なWebフレームワークを用いたWeb開発経験を含む)
- 要件に基づいて仕様を定義し、マイクロサービスアーキテクチャの設計、非同期通信を活用した大規模なリアルタイムデータ処理、アジャイル開発環境での高品質なコーディングとテストの実施経験
- バックエンド開発とデータベース管理の豊富な経験、特にKubernetesなどのコンテナ化環境でのクラウドベースアプリケーションのデプロイメント経験
- 良好なコミュニケーション能力、積極的な姿勢、問題の特定と解決能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- データモデリングとデータベース管理(リレーショナルデータベースまたはNoSQLデータベース)に関する経験
- 予約システムまたはチケットシステムに関する深いドメイン知識(予約ワークフロー、価格モデル、決済連携の経験を含む)
- ユーザー中心かつ製品中心の強いマインドセットを持ち、機能開発に対するオーナーシップを担い、ユーザーニーズとビジネス目標を満たすソリューションを提供できる能力
- TensorFlowやPyTorchなどのフレームワークに精通し、レコメンデーションエンジンやリアルタイム分析などの機能向けに機械学習モデルをバックエンドシステムに統合できること
- 会話レベルの日本語力
