Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance technology governance frameworks and control standards
- Identify, assess, and manage technology and cybersecurity risks
- Support IT risk assessments, control testing, and remediation tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Support internal and external audit activities and regulatory inspections
- Partner with technology, security, and business teams to implement effective risk mitigation controls
- Maintain key risk indicators (KRIs) and compliance reporting dashboards
Required skills:
- Minimally 10 years of experience in GRC, IT Risk, or Technology Compliance roles.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, and/or SOX
- Experience conducting risk assessments, control testing, and gap analysis
- Understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and cloud risk concepts
- Experience working in regulated environments
